By submitting this registration form for ‘Be The Bindu Bride,’ you agree to the following terms and conditions

1.

PARTICIPATION & ELIGIBILITY

  • Participation is open only to individuals who have filled and submitted the official registration form completely and truthfully.
  • Applicants must be of legal marriageable age.
  • Selection is based on internal review by the Bindu Jewellery team and is final and binding.
  • Submitting the form does not guarantee selection for the experience.

Selection Process

“Be the Bindu Bride” is a limited-entry bridal experience conducted between May 15th - 25th 2026. For each planned experience day, only 10 participants will be selected to take part in the bridal styling, photoshoot, and storytelling experience. From the participants selected across these experience days, 10 shortlisted individuals will be invited for the final exclusive ramp walk showcase. From the final showcase participants, one individual will be chosen as “The Bindu Bride”, representing the elegance, emotion, and legacy of Bindu Jewellery.

The selection criteria may include personality, story, presentation, comfort on camera, and overall alignment with the experience concept.

3.

EXPERIENCE PARTICIPATION

  • Selected participants must be available on the assigned date and time as communicated by the organisers.
  • Any inability to attend may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate participant.
  • The organisers reserve the right to modify event schedules or experience elements if required.
4.

MEDIA, PHOTOGRAPHY & USAGE RIGHTS

  • By participating, you provide consent for photography, video recording, and behind-the-scenes coverage during the experience.
  • Bindu Jewellery reserves the right to use captured content for promotional, advertising, digital, and social media purposes across platforms without additional approval or compensation.
  • All content created during the experience remains the property of Bindu Jewellery.
5.

PRIVACY & INFORMATION USE

  • Personal details shared in the form will be used solely for selection, communication, and event coordination purposes.
  • Information will not be shared with third parties unrelated to the event, except where required for execution of the experience.
6.

CONDUCT & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Participants are expected to maintain respectful behaviour throughout the experience.
  • Any misconduct, inappropriate behaviour, or disruption may lead to immediate removal from the programme.
  • The organisers hold full discretion in such decisions.
7.

EVENT RIGHTS

  • Bindu Jewellery reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or amend any part of the experience without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • The final interpretation of all rules and decisions rests solely with the organisers.
8.

GENERAL UNDERSTANDING

  • “Be the Bindu Bride” is an experiential, non-commercial bridal storytelling initiative designed to celebrate the journey of becoming a bride.
  • Participation in this experience does not constitute employment, endorsement, or contractual obligation beyond the scope of the event.
